• With an experience of over 25 years on the powder coating market (pretreatment and electrostatic painting), ALLCOLORS managed to achieve a leading position on the specialized market, domestically and internationally as one of the most important service providers in this field, proof being the large number of clients (over 1.000), and also the objectives for which our company has performed powder coating.
• The company has top of the art production lines of pretreatment and electrostatic painting, for decorating and personalizing surfaces, which provide very high quality, in compliance with international standards in this domain, but also environment friendly (non-polluting technologies). In order to obtain and maintain this high level of quality, a well defined and permanently monitored technological process is required.
Brief History:
• 1997 – The company was born under the name of SC SINTELECTRO SRL.
• 2001 – A new production plant is opened in Bucharest, and the company changes its name into SC ALLCOLORS SERV SRL.
• 2001 – The company obtains the quality certificate ISO 9001:2008, which is renewed every year.
• 2002 – The technology of decoration, personalization called "sublimation" (Heat transfer process) is introduced.
• 2004 – A new production plant is opened in Timisoara.
• 2005 – The company invests into a new "tunnel type" line for industrial parts.
• 2007 – ALLCOLORS implements the quality standard "Qualicoat", being also the first powder coating company in Romania who implements this standard.
• 2007 – A new development project within the Industrial Park Targu Mures is approved, and follows to be launched in 2008.
• 2010 – The development project is implemented, within a new industrial building of 7000 m², with three completely new technological lines for pretreatment and powder coating of aluminum profiles and industrial parts made of aluminum, iron, steel, cast iron, wrought iron etc.
• 2012 – Quality standard "Qualicoat"for treatment and metal decoration is raised to a new level, in complementation with "Seaside Class" standards.
• 2014 – A new sublimation line was added to the production plant in Targu Mures.
• 2015 – The company obtains the quality certificate ISO 14001 : 2004.
Market positioning in Romania:
Our production plants are located in two locations within Romania: - Targu Mures and Timisoara. The technological base consists of :
• 2 automatic lines of pretreatment and powder coating for aluminum profiles, with a maximum length of 7,20 meters;
• 3 automatic lines of pretreatment and painting (tunnel type) for industrial parts of steel, cast iron, aluminum etc., with a maximum size of 4 meters in length, 2 meters in hight and 0,80 meters in width;
• 2 automatic lines for sublimation ( the sublimation process means the decoration of metal surfaces with various effects of nature, customizations or fantasies for example : wood imitation, marble, granite, stone etc. .
